Magnífico entorno, instalaciones muy bonitas, originales y ciudadas, en el que la limpieza es siempre de 10.

A destacar, el espectacular desayuno que Dani y Cristina ofrecen cada mañana, con mucho cariño y exquisitos productos naturales de la zona, tan solo por eso, ya merece la pena hospedarse allí.

Además, hay algo a DESTACAR con mayúsculas, que pone el broche de oro a este lugar, la profesionalidad y la calidad del factor humano que aportan las personas que están al frente de tan bonito negocio; Cristina, Mercedes y Dani, que son los propietarios y una familia ejemplar.

Enhorabuena y muchas gracias por lo que nos habéis ofrecido durante nuestra estancia (una semana), sin duda repetiremos.

NOTA: reconendamos coger cualquiera de sus suite, nosotros utilizamos la 12 y nuestros hijos la 8, aunque nos quedamos con las ganas de disfrutar de la 11, pero otra vez será.

Otra cosa muy importante, los colchones son super cómodos, hemos descansado de lujo.

We hebben een week een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De junior suite met uitzicht naar zee, zeer goede bedden. Het ontbijt was zeer verzorgd en prettig bediening. Bueno que decir de este magnífico Hostal, sinceramente serán pocas las palabras para el trato que nos han brindado tanto Dani como Mercedes. Nós ficámos muito satisfeitos com as nossas ferias no hostal casa mercedes em Nerja, adorámos o espirito familiar, os pequenos almoços com muita variedade de comida e com a maravilhosa vista para o mar, os donos e os empregados estavam sempre disponíveis para ajudar e sempre bem dispostos e simpáticos. O quarto era muito elegante, e muito limpo.

Wat een mooi uitzicht op het terras vanuit de juniorsuite kamer. Heerlijke rustige B&B dat mooi gelegen is. Mercedes en Daniël verzorgen iedere ochtend zelf een superdeluxe vers ontbijt inclusief verse jus’d orange en heerlijke cafe latte. Juniorsuite was zeer comfortabel, zeer schoon en een heerlijk bed.

Dank jullie wel voor een 16 daags luxe verblijf in jullie hostal en de brevas;-)

Nos alojamos tres noches, el hostal como dice su nombre es tan acogedor como una casa, el desayuno está súper bien tiene de todo, frutas, bollerías, panes, sobre todo la mermelada casera que recomiendo probarla, los yogures caseros están espectaculares!!la zona de solárium muy bonita y relajante, un sitio donde tomar el sol con un mojito y pegarte un chapuzón en la piscina para refrescarte, En general la atención de Mercedes, Daniel y Cristina fue espectacular, nos recomendaron muchos lugares y sitios donde comer, la estancia en casa mercedes fue un acierto! Nosotros volveremos sin duda !

We've been coming to Nerja twice a year since 2004 and have stayed in numerous places - hotels and self catering - but Hostal Casa Mercedes is undoubtedly the best! Mercedes and Daniel are the perfect hosts, rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and ours had a large sun terrace with sun beds looking down towards Burriana and the Med! Breakfasts are absolutely amazing - freshly made orange juice, smoothies, beautiful fruit yoghurts put together by Mercedes and also homemade jams and cakes. Daniel does great bacon, eggs & omelettes! We've stayed twice this year and have already booked for 2022!

We’ve been in many hotels around the world, a few 5 star places,always selected on actual customer reviews, these being the deciding factor on choosing Casa Mercedes! The reality more than lives up to the expectations. Mercedes , Daniel and not forgetting Teddy are the perfect hosts in their beautiful,”Hostal”. Do not let that description put you off! The breakfast service is second to none , beautiful fresh fruits, pastries and THE BEST home made yoghurts ever, not forgetting Daniels delicious eggs and bacon. Nerja is a beautiful place and Casa Mercedes is the perfect place to stay there. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

We have recently returned from spending nine nights at Casa Mercedes with some friends of ours. We have visited the hostel on several previous occasions but due to COVID it was our first visit for some time. The owners Mercedes and Daniel are great people, very friendly and accommodating. The hostel is situated about ten minutes walk from Burriana beach and about fifteen minutes easy walk into town. The rooms are really nice and modern with free coffee and safe. There is a small pool on the large terraced area with ample room for sunbathing and provides a great view down towards Burriana and the sea. One of the best things is the fantastic breakfasts with a massive choice of fresh foods for such a small hostel. Most of the food is serve yourself but Daniel will cook bacon and eggs etc if you require. They also comply with the COVID rules of wearing masks in public areas and social distancing etc. We have stayed in lots of places in Nerja over the last 25 years of visiting and for us Hostal Casa Mercedes is by far the best.

Lovely hotel in a part of Nerja that I had not explored. I spent my first wedding anniversary without my husband here…and I felt very safe and secure. My room and balcony were spotlessly clean, the views to the sea and mountains were delightful. Breakfast was amazing…and Daniel and his lovely assistant were very obliging..I struggled a little getting my case downstairs…but, again, another member of staff helped me. Great little hotel.

La habitación muy bonita y nueva y la cama muy grande y cómoda. Todo pensado al detalle. Se agradece mucho el silencio absoluto que hay en toda la noche a la hora de descansar, la piscina muy buena para tomar un baño refrescante, las vistas muy bonitas desde la terraza de la habitación y el desayuno sin palabras, hemos disfrutado de un buffet con bizcochos, mermeladas y yogures caseros, zumo de naranja natural recién exprimido, bowls de fruta variada, embutidos, paté... y te ofrecen hacerte ellos el café, el zumo y huevos fritos con bacon si gusta. En definitiva, una maravilla todo. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento en todo momento, desde la recepcionista hasta el personal del desayuno. Sin duda recomendable al 100%.

We just finished our stay here at the Hostal Casa Mercedes and wish we could stay longer.

Nerja is a breathtakingly beautiful town and the Hostal Casa Mercedes was a fantastic little gem that provided us with one of the best rooms we have enjoyed during our visit to Europe.

Mercedes (yes she is the owner manager ????) never stops in her efforts to welcome her guests and ensure their stay is an enjoyable. Perched on a small hill (the rooms and pool deck have incredible views of the town and the Mediterranean) is tucked away on one of the many side streets in Nerja but our smart phone maps took us right to the door.

Mercedes welcomed us and checked us in ( note that check in is unavailable from 2:00pm - 5:00pm so arrive before or after) and made sure we were comfortable and set up at the pool while our room was being finished as we arrived a little early.

We booked room 11 a suite and it was a fantastic room. The hotel is impeccably clean and the bright and spacious room with one of the best hotel bathrooms (especially the double shower) that I’ve ever experienced had a large patio from which you were wowed by a vista of some of Nerja and a view of the ocean.

The hotel is about 1km from the main balcony of Europe in the historical center of Nerja so we had about a 10min walk but it was a pleasant one. Free parking is available in the spaces outside but they are not guaranteed so try to arrive early and getting one close shouldn’t be a problem.

Breakfast in the morning is served in a bright and sunny room where there is the choice of self serve and a la carte options, and the coffee is outstanding (of course it’s Spain ????)

This was one of the most affordable places we stayed during our trip and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Our only regret is that our stay here was so brief. We highly recommend this hotel.
